Shipping Method & Coverage
We currently offer shipping to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse.

  • We typically use FedEx or UPS for shipments, depending on the product.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard items: please allow 5–8 business days for order processing after your purchase.

  • Pre-sale or custom items: shipping timelines follow the estimated dates shown on the product page.

  • Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to your email. If you do not receive tracking within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team at becksquadbox.store@outlook.com.

Transit Time & Tracking

  • Typical delivery window: 15–27 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier performance.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events.

  • Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Signature Requirement

  • Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to stay up to date with tracking and coordinate delivery with the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to missed appointments, incorrect addresses, or failure to coordinate with the carrier.

Taxes & Duties

  • We currently do not collect sales tax from customers. Any local duties, fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Missing, or Broken Items

  • Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery.

  • Report shipping damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • If you notice damage, missing parts, or other issues, contact us at becksquadbox.store@outlook.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

Shipping Changes & Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You may request to cancel your order by emailing becksquadbox.store@outlook.com. Cancellations are confirmed once you receive written confirmation.

  • After Shipment: If your order has already shipped, cancellations are treated as returns, and standard return fees may apply.

  • Change of Address: If the carrier can update the address, there may be no additional fee. If the package is rejected, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
